Crafted in Dutch tradition, this creamy and decadent gouda is made in Wisconsin. The light golden paste is speckled with bits of black truffle. The aroma is a mix of truffle and cream and the flavor profile is a balanced blend of sweet, nutty, and ... of course ... truffle. We love pairing this cheese with acacia honey or Can Bech Peach & Apricot Jam.
