Tasting Notes

Taleggio is a washed rind cheese. Its peachy rind is slightly tacky to the touch and boasts yeasty, mushroomy notes on the nose. Taleggio is bursting with cream flavors and offers up a slight earthiness on the finish. The paste of this cheese is stark white and has a pudding texture that’s almost spreadable at room temperature.
