Tasting Notes

Gruyère is part of the trifecta of cheeses that go into a traditional Swiss fondue recipe. It’s an excellent melting cheese but is also perfect for slicing onto a sandwich. Rich and creamy with a slight nutty taste, Gruyère is versatile. The aromas of this cheese are reminiscent of caramelized apples, hazelnut, and brown butter.
