Happy critters make great cheese! Nettle Meadow Sanctuary Farm, located in New York, is the home to well over 100 farm sanctuary animals. And from these happy animals, comes some pretty terrific cheese, such as Kunik! Kunik is a triple crème made from goat’s milk and cow cream. It has a white rind and a tangy buttery flavor. Delicious on its own or with fruit and crackers, Kunik is a wonderful addition to any cheese plate.
